2. Why we use it
- Providing the Game: identifying your account, saving progress and restoring it on a new device
- Purchases: delivering items, verifying receipts, handling withdrawals and refunds
- Ads: serving rewarded ads, confirming rewards, measuring ad performance
- Keeping the Game fair and stable: preventing cheating, hacking and fraudulent payments; analyzing crashes and improving quality
- Notifications: news and event alerts (only if you allow push notifications)
- Support: answering questions and resolving disputes
- Legal obligations
We may use automated analysis to detect cheating, but decisions that significantly affect you, such as account restrictions, are reviewed by a person.
3. How long we keep it
- Game account and progress: until you request deletion, then deleted after a 30-day grace period (to allow you to cancel and to check for fraud).
- Crash logs: 90 days
- Support records: 3 years after resolution
- Ad view records: deleted with your account; only statistics that cannot identify you are kept for ad revenue settlement.
Korean law requires us to keep some records for set periods:
| Law | Records | Period |
|---|---|---|
| Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce | Contracts and withdrawals | 5 years |
| Payments and delivery of goods | 5 years | |
| Consumer complaints and disputes | 3 years | |
| Protection of Communications Secrets Act | Access logs (login records, IP addresses) | 3 months |
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties unless you consent or the law requires it (for example, a lawful request from an investigative authority).
5. Service providers and international transfers
We use the following service providers to run the Game. Our agreements with them require that your information is protected, and we oversee how they handle it.
| Provider (location) | Service | Information |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. (Seoul region, Korea) | Game servers and data storage | Game, purchase and ad records in Section 1 |
| Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, global network) | Delivering game data (art) and settings; hosting this website | IP address, access time, device and app information |
| Google LLC (USA) | Google account linking, Google Play purchase verification, crash analysis (Firebase Crashlytics), push notifications (Firebase Cloud Messaging), ads (Google AdMob) | Account ID, order data, device info, crash logs, push token, advertising ID, ad view records |
| Apple Inc. (USA) | Apple account linking, App Store purchase verification, push notifications (APNs) | Account ID, order data, push token |
Information is transferred to providers outside Korea to perform our contract with you (providing the Game), as disclosed in this policy under Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act. It is sent over encrypted connections (TLS) while you use the Game and kept until the purpose is fulfilled or the service agreement ends. If you don't want a transfer, don't link an account, watch ads or allow notifications. Game data delivery through Cloudflare is required to play, so the Game can't be used without it. You may request account deletion at any time.
6. Advertising ID and personalized ads
To serve rewarded ads, our ad partner (Google AdMob) may collect your device's advertising ID and show ads based on your interests. We do not serve personalized ads to users we know are under 14 (or under the applicable age in your country).
You can opt out or reset your advertising ID at any time:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete (or reset) advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track”
7. How we delete information
When the retention period ends or the purpose is achieved, we delete information without delay. Electronic files are erased so they cannot be recovered; paper records are shredded or incinerated. Records we must keep by law are stored separately and deleted when the period ends.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, ask us to stop processing it, or withdraw consent at any time.
- Use the in-game Settings screen or email [email protected]. We will respond without delay.
- For account and data deletion, see Account & Data Deletion.
- You may act through a representative with a letter of authorization.
- We may be unable to delete records we are required by law to keep.
Children
Where the law requires parental consent to process a child's information (under 14 in Korea), we obtain consent from the parent or legal guardian. Parents and guardians may ask to access, correct or delete their child's information or stop its processing.
9. Users outside Korea
- Legal bases (EEA/UK): performing our contract with you (providing the Game and purchases), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, crash analysis), your consent (personalized ads, push notifications) and legal obligations.
- Your rights: besides the rights in Section 8, you may object to processing, ask for data portability, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
- US state privacy laws: we do not sell personal information for money. Personalized advertising may count as “sharing” under some state laws; you can opt out by deleting or resetting your advertising ID or turning off app tracking as described in Section 6.
10. How we protect information
- Technical: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, security updates
- Organizational: an internal management plan, minimal staff access and training
- Access records: logging and reviewing access to systems that hold personal information
- We keep authentication data and personal information out of logs and crash reports.
